Scandi Brazil is founded by Joakim Tuutti, a Swedish entrepreneur and business developer with more than 20 years of successfully working with small and medium-sized construction companies in Sweden, all with the same goal:

to make the companies grow and get more profitable!

Since 2005, Joakim has worked closely alongside business owners and management teams through all the different stages of their companies’ development – from building structures and processes to improving financial management, sales, recruitment, operations and profitability.

His experience includes supporting through rapid growth, organizational change and challenging periods – always with a practical and hands-on approach, which has resulted in very strong growth, rapidly expanding companies, and increased profitability for the clients.

From Scandinavia to Northeast Brazil

Joakim has more than 20 years of experience of the northeast of Brazil, speaks and writes portuguese fluently and has a deep understanding for the people, the culture and the society.  

Since 2024, Joakim is full-time based in Recife, Pernambuco in northeast Brazil and he brings to Brazil business principles based on Scandinavian best practice:
